Commentary on Swiss Money Laundering Act

Daniel Thelesklaf (partner of TvT Compliance AG), Dave Zollinger (Prosecutor of the canton of Zurich) and Dr. Ralph Wyss jointly drafted a commentary on customer due diligence in Switzerland, including the new Ordinance of the Federal Banking Commission (MLO-FBC) and the Swiss Banking Organisations' Standards for Customer Due Diligence (CDB 03).
